Consolidated Driving Programs, Inc., will replace, at no additional
expense to the original purchaser, any copy of any printed or electronic
publication provided by Consolidated Driving Programs, Inc., that has
been damaged during shipment to the original purchaser. The original
purchaser must notify Consolidated Driving Programs, Inc. by telephone,
electronic mail, or by certified U. S. mail of such damage immediately
after receipt of said damaged publications. Consolidated Driving
Programs, Inc. will not replace printed or electronic publications
damaged during use by the original purchaser, any agent of the original
purchaser, or any other user.

  Consolidated Driving Programs, Inc., will never release personal or
credit card information to any third party for the development of mailing
lists, marketing data bases, or for any other purpose not directly
applicable to normal billing and collection purposes. Consolidated
Driving Programs, Inc. will not use this information for any purpose
other than which may apply to normal billing and collection purposes
involving products sold by Consolidated Driving Programs, Inc.

  Consolidate Driving Programs, Inc., will ship within three (3) business
days all individually purchased publications by priority U. S. Mail
following receipt of order and confirmation of payment. Large orders
will be shipped by US Mail, UPS or Federal Express.
